We offer complimentary samples when your purchase volume meets the specified MOQ. Please note that shipping costs for samples are the responsibility of the client.
For Non-Standard & Custom Products:
Non-standard products require custom molds, incurring a mold fee. This fee is refundable once purchase quantity exceeds a certain volume, determined by product weight.
